Hey, I also got that problem. I am using Windows In windows 10, Run the game and In the Main menu press Windows logo key on the keyboard.
Now you should in your desktop. Now right click the taskbar and open Task Manager. It should highlight the process on the details tab. It means the game should only use one CPU.
